- 7:00: Registration & Mulligan/Raffle Sales, Putting Green & Driving Range
- 8:15: Movement of Players to assigned Carts, Welcome, Review of Rules, and Safety Briefing
- 8:45: Escort Movement of Players to Start Position
- 9:00: Shotgun Start
- 2:00: Award Ceremony and BBQ, Closing Remarks
